I was born (1935 – 1955) and raised on a farm on the Hersom road. Not far from your farm. Am very familiar with the area. As I recall, there is a small pond behind the barn and it is located on the North side between the Gray road and Graham road. Seems to me that my father took me there for something to do with a pony. Can’t recall much about that visit except I was fascinated with the pond.

This is my father’s website. The person above went to Easton High School when I was a student there and I think he and Erwin were in the same class, Sheila. you’ve done a great job of putting this all together. I just wish that the remainder of Dad’s diaries had not been destroyed. I may not have had to have a census search to determine when I was born!!
Hello!
A Jennie Graham just gave me this Link! Where William Banford Ladner would be my Gt. Grand Uncle who married Jennie Viola Flewelling. Nice site… Hope you don’t mind me saving some of your pictures?
Hope you visit my Ladner & McKimmy Website above & note: I’m building a Website also on Ancestry.com if you wish to visit this Tree. Please email me just your name & a good email address. Tom
Hello,
My grandfather is Lloyd Flewelling, son of Harvey Flewelling (step-son/nephew of Milton Flewelling).
I just found this site last week and i have enjoyed learning about my family history. I wish i would have learned more when Lloyd was still alive, but alas it wasn’t so.
I am working on my family tree and Mae Flewelling is my great grandmother. She is the granddaughter of Boyd Flewelling. I am trying to figure out where Lloyd, Harvey, and Milton all fit in. Anyone who has info on siblings and marriages, births and deaths, please let me know. My grandmother, Chrystal (Miller) Bishop has gotten me pretty far but I’d like to see how far I can go. I also saw mentions of Stanley and Henry Miller, my grandmother’s dad and grandfather. I’m only as far as Stanley and Hattie (Wolverton) Miller. Thanks!!!! Danielle
Danielle, I have a lot of ancestry info on ancestry.com If you are on there (or want to sign up, you can see the family tree). Milton L Flewelling is the half-brother to BA Flewelling…Grammie Miller’s grandfather. I’ve traced some of the Flewellings, Wolvertons, Millers back to the 1500/1600s!
Pam (Donna’s daughter)
Hey Jason,
Lloyd Flewelling was my Uncle, miss him very much. His brother Edward J. Flewelling is my father. Guess that makes us cousins.
Pam,
Milton Flewelling was the son of Charles H Flewelling and Susan Valley. Charles H Flewelling was a brother to Boyd A Flewelling and both were sons of Samuel Flewelling.
Hi Pam. Donna, my gram’s sister????
Thanks for the info. I got so far along and got so busy! I’d love to pick it back up again! Sounds like you have lots of info! Hope to talk to you soon.
Sheila, thanks. So BA Flewelling was Milton’s uncle. There must be some confusing info on ancestry.com that led me to think they were half-brothers. Thanks for clearing that all up! Also, enjoyed listening to the interview of Milton from 1992.
