I am related to the Flewellings! My grandmother is Ferne Ladner if that helps! Id like to know what all you know! I’v tried to find all of the relatives but havnt had much luck.

Greg, I was a Flewelling with Susan being my grandmother. Dwight Valley is in the area that I’m in and he told me that he had talked to your father (perhaps) in CA. Dwight was quite sure that his father Joel and Grandma had a brother Anthony Valley. The individual that has this website is my niece, Sheila. I have a Valley family tree up north at my home but I will tell Dwight whom I will be seeing tomorrow that you were inquiring. Your family is not directly related to the Flewellings but your great-grandfather Archie was a brother to Banford who married my father’s sister Jennie. Aunt Jennie died when her youngest daughter was three years of age and the oldest sister raised the remaining children. I knew the older children in your mother’s family but I have lived away from ME for 51 years. Liz and Mary just visited with us.

Greg, I talked to Dwight and his sister, Naida, today. Your Clayton was a brother to Stephen Valley, my great-grandfather, not my grandmother, Susan. Naida said that she had talked to you in Aroostook a year or so ago. Dwight gave me some of the Valley genealogy to add to my files that are up north. We will be returning there in April.
